General terms and conditions

The Logistics Services Conditions (LSC) 2014, including the arbitration clause, as filed with the office of the district court of Rotterdam on 2 April 2014 under number 28/2014, apply to all our activities. Disputes which do not fall under the terms of the arbitration clause and which arise from or are related to the agreement(s) between the parties are dealt with by the competent court in Rotterdam. The law of the Netherlands applies. The terms and conditions can be sent to you on request, or passed on to you when the agreement is signed, free of charge. Payment must be made within 30 days after the date of the invoice.
